"My daughter had her 6 month check-up. Seline was the Dental Assistant who worked on my daughter's teeth and did her cleaning. Ms. Seline was so patient and kind with my daughter and informed her of what she was going to do every step of the way. Dentist Qadri looked at my daughter's teeth X-Rays and informed me that she had a cavity and what would need to be done. When I asked a question about the filling she wasn't formative about it. Instead I received a handout when leaving. Upon checkout when being informed about the pricing for filling in the cavity, and procedure, I had questions about the kind of filling they were referring to as well as the procedure. Adelle, who said she was the Office Manager, was talking to me about it. When I asked two questions she became short with me, used a angry tone and kept raising her voice and seemed bothered. I did not understand the Dentistry verbiage that she was using...hence my questions. When I asked her why she was speaking to me like that she said, "This is the way I talk". She really seemed frustrated or bothered. She got louder and ruder. I then said, "It's okay. I'm going to walk away now. I'll speak to someone else at a later time to get my questions answered." *I have to say, my whole family and I have been going there for over a year and this was the first time that we had a bad experience and were treated rudely. Based on this experience though, I will not be going back. I only had a question about the filling and pricing because they were unsure if my daughter had one cavity or two. I asked her in a very patient, kind and friendly manner and my daughter was by my side. Adelle was so loud and rude that the assistants could hear her in the back and turned around when she was talking to me like that."

"Great place for kids! I brought my 3 young ones here on the recommendation of a friend and they were excellent. They were able to schedule all three kids back to back, which was really convenient, and we were in and out pretty quick. They helped my kids feel comfortable the whole time, and we look forward to connecting our oldest with the orthodontist in the office."
