"I got new dental insurance and decided it was time to get back to a regular dental cleaning routine. Went to Webster Dental in Berwyn for a cleaning and exam and was very pleased with the experience! My hygienist, Maggie, was excellent and I felt no discomfort at all during the x-rays & thorough cleaning. Dr. Kelliher was great during the exam, pointing out a few spots to keep an eye on and giving me some suggestions to get back on the right track with my dental care. The facility was clean and comfortable and shout out to the office staff for working with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered correctly. I'm very happy to have found Webster Dental care of Berwyn!"

"They are a greedy money group. They want to sell you that you need more than you want to do. I had the appointment for 6 months and was called and texted around 5x. At no point was I told the dentist I had been working with had retired only a few weeks ago. I had seen the letter but thought it was a reminder for my appointment. They asked for me to come in early but it didn't matter. For I arrived early but Istillhadtowait.. They had an agenda to increase the bill for some deep cleaning and when I explained that I couldn't afford the extra money right now due to my son going back to school. They refused me a regular cleaning paid with my insurance and with a promise to schedule the extensive deep cleaning on my next appointment. 1st time in that office as my previous dentist had just retired. Terrible service. The hygienist was not even certified with an education in the field .They were teaching her on the patients with the insurance company paying for it. STAY AWAY."
