"About 4 months ago I got a referral from my regular dentist to cameo for a retreatment. I was seen by one of the dentists at cameo i don't remember her name but she told me that they would put together a treatment plan. Two months later i called back to ask for an update and the receptionist told me that i will be receiving an email with all the details the following day. To this date i have never received that email.Very unprofessional people . But hey they happily took $295 out of my credit card. No courtesy at all. Never heard from them again. Very disappointed ."

"Cameo did an excellent job on my root canal performed over two visits in June/July 2023. However, I would not recommend them due to the billing department. I reluctantly paid upfront for my root canal. The insurance claim was promptly paid to Cameo within days of the procedure, and I am still due credit back from the original payment (six months later). Calling Cameo several times over the past several months got me excuses about how a resubmission of insurance paperwork was waiting on my insurer. I saw no additional activity on my insurance to prove this, so I called my insurer. Sure enough, there was some paperwork in process, but the insurer was waiting on Cameo - not the opposite as Cameo had stated. The best part is that I've suddenly started receiving account statements that not only do not show a credit, but in fact claim that I owe Cameo money. Their bill ignores my insurer's plan discount for the procedure and does not match my EOB. I didn't want it to be like this. Cameo, resolve this ASAP. Do not respond to this review asking me to contact you, because I've contacted you for months and you don't fix the problem. Next calls will be to authorities."

"Recently I had a root canal at Cameo Dental Specialists. Even Though I had to cancel a couple times for personal reasons, Cameo attended to my dental needs. Dr. Rick Munaretto his assistant Mariana, as well as the receptionist staff calmed all my anxieties. The procedure went great and no pre or post pain! Go there Dr. Rick and team are quite professional, you'll come out smiling !!!"

"My experience with Cameo Dental in Berwyn has been excellent! They have an awesome staff and a highly professional team of doctor's. Both Dr’s Kirk and Rick are amazing. Additionally, there level of customer service is level one! After your visit with them, they do wellness checks to make sure you’re doing ok!! That’s top notch!!"

"I went to Cameo Dental in March to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed, they said it would cost me around $3000. So before my wisdom teeth were removed they asked for the ENTIRE payment upfront, and I gave them the full amount which was around $3000. Procedure was good. Then, 7 months pass by and I get a text from them saying I have an outstanding balance of around $300. So I call the billing office and ask why this is being charged to be after 7 months even though I payed full and they confirmed that the day I got my wisdom teeth taken out. I also told them to contact insurance before my wisdom teeth were taken out so I would know the final cost. They told me my insurance got back to them 7 months later and it was billed about $300. I asked about a payment plan and they said it is due within a month. This is ridiculous considering that fact that I did not even know I had an outstanding balance. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
