"After going to two different shops telling me my battery was fine (and having my car not start TWICE) I gave up and just brought my car to this shop since it was down the block. They finally listened to me and checked the battery again and it finally showed to be faulty. Two tows, two jumps and three shops later I finally found a place that listened to me and didn’t tell me I was wrong. They took pictures of the test and emailed me it. I changed my battery and my car has been working perfectly in the cold weather. Can’t thank this shop enough!"
"Took my car here for a check engine light. They got me in right away and called me to tell me that they could fix part of it but the other part needed to be handled by a dealer because it involved software. Were so transparent with me about it and because they couldn't help me, they didn't even charge me. Super friendly, I loved how upfront and honest they were, told me exactly what I needed to tell the dealer when I brought it in. I am definitely coming back here when I do need non-software related maintenance :)"
"I had the front brakes and rotors replaced on my 2016 range rover. The front brakes have been squeaking (same noise you hear when pads need to be replaced). And when I come to a complete stop, right before, there is a low pitched hum/thump. I took the car back for them to review. The shop manager says they drove the car and didn't hear anything. They allegedly looked at the brakes and noted no issues. They don't know what to do. I have to take the car to another company for diagnosis. I'll post my findings here after we determine what the issue is. Until then a one star review will remain since Gateway refused to help diagnose the issue and gave up so quickly."
