"Why does this location exist?? Their system is always either "down" or their employee can't login in and so he can't test water. 90% of the reason people come in is to get their water tested so they know what to add. I can buy my chemicals elsewhere where they are 1/2 the price. This location even wrote my credit card # down one day because the system was down and charged me later. That situation was very weird. Always some sort of problem here. Never any other location."

"Great customer service. Mitch, the general manager, is helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to provide assistance and advices on any pool related issue. He is as well a thoroughly enjoyable person, while being very professional. I went there to fix the main connection to the Polari's hose and he fixed that and noticed that the chain was broken and the "tires" were utterly consumed. I purchased the replacement parts and he changed them on the spot. Definitely a store to go if you live in the area."
