"I used to be a Buck's Bike customer, but since it has been shut down, I needed to find a new shop to purchase my son's first "real" bike for his seventh birthday. I didn't want to get a cheap, bike from a department store and did a little research on the Trek line. I found a model that seemed to be reasonably priced and this shop was close so I paid a visit. I had a great experience and was treated so well by Deno (I hope I spelled that correctly), one of the associates. He greeted me immediately, and gladly presented me different options, without being pushy in any way. I ended up with the perfect bike. Also, he gave me the most incredible advice about teaching my son to ride (after I asked, again, not pushy in any way). I had my son riding within an hour after surprising him with his awesome new ride and am so happy as is he! I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Research. The product is awesome, the value seems great and very importantly, the staff is very passionate about biking (I noticed all the staff was like Deno) and so friendly. I've been to shops that have been a bit snotty toward novice cyclists, but this is not one of those. I will be doing business with them for a long time based on this experience. Thank you TBR."

"Quality always matters more than the price to me and so I upgraded and bought a bike from these guys recently and have never been happier with a purchase in my life. After 1000 miles I've realized not only is the bike good but the customer service is unbelievable. "I brought in my bike for tire replacement and inspection and while I was greeted by a friendly employee, the rest of the service was not a pleasant experience. I had waited for awhile after check in and checked with an employee how long it will be until the technicians are free, all of a sudden one of the bike service technician asked what’s going in an aggressive way. the other technician who serviced my bike didn’t have the patience to explain what the source of the squeak I was hearing while riding my bike. He also didn’t tell me how much the total breakdown of the service was going to be before starting to work on my bike. After the transaction he said he’ll send the receipt to my email but I never received the email receipt. I did appreciate the quick turn around on the actual service, I was able to get it back the same day I’ll be avoiding this location from now on."
