"Literally the best customer service I’ve ever received. I placed an online pick up in store order and was anxious to pick up because this is my first (real) bike. I didn’t know what I was walking in to and I had hoped I ordered everything needed. I drove an hour to pickup on a holiday when the store closed early, which I wasn’t aware of. Not only did Gomez stay late to help me, but he did it with no hesitation. I ended up having to go back the next day to finish my purchase and he was so patient and helpful with all (and there were a lot) of my stupid newb questions. He walked me through everything on my bike, helped me with all my accessories, gave me a few pro cycling tips and loaded everything up for me. Really appreciate all of his help and guidance. "Had another brand's bikes, three of them, that I had purchased. I brought them all in Brett the manager helped me out, gave me a great price and assembled the bikes as if they were the same Trek branded bikes. The were honest on what they liked and showed me it's quirks. I'll be back if I get any more bikes in the future"
