"Went in to exchange for a different shoe & size. Clerk was on the phone & she immediately started a return without even acknowledging me let alone asking me what I wanted. Once I told her I wanted to exchange, she than spoke to me. Once I found the correct size in the shoe I was looking for, no problem making the exchange."

"This is the first time being a Skechers and it was a great experience. I get a 30% discount through my employer on work shoes so I thought it would be good to use it considering I’m on my feet all day. The shoes are decent quality considering I’m on my feet for 10 hours a day, their pricing is in line and very reasonable for what you got. The 30% discount only applies to work shoes on the back wall which I understand and it’s perfectly fine. The employees were friendly took their time to explain the discount. There was no line to get checked out and was generally a good experience. The only downfall is the mall that it’s in can have some extremely expensive stores but that’s not the fault of sketchers and that’s why they get five stars."

"I am very happy at the awesome customer service I got last night I cannot say enough how these two were busy yet the sales clerk remembered what I asked for and came back right away with the shoes. Then I realized after he mentioned to me that there are specials and a promotion going on that I would have more money the following day they willingly put my shoes on hold. I am super happy for Mike new job opportunity. I’m super happy that I’m going to have the shoes that I need to perform my job safely and that I have a happy thanks to the staff for holding a pair of shoes for me till tomorrow. Great great great customer service and to think I almost went to Irving Park in Narragansett silly me lol."
