"I won't have my old oil done from them again. I was first in line and waited 20 minutes to get in. This was less than a month ago. My car is bone dry. There's no oil in my car!!"
"If i could give zero stars i would last oil change i had was at this location and i went to take 5 and they found out my bolts were so loose they could take them off by hand and they put the wrong size on! I would never return that could have cost me $24,000 how someone could even make that mistake is horrible and dangerous! Very disappointed ! And at take 5 they do your oil change in 10 mins at woodmans you wait 30-45"
"Plan on getting here and waiting for 40 minutes to an 1.5hr. But for the price, completely worth it. I believe it’s $30 or less for a conventional oil change, no frills. $2 per tire for an air fill up. But at least you stay in your car and no one is ripping your glove box out to get to your cabin air filter you haven’t changed in 3 years."
"Woodman oil hours given on internet are till 5:30pm. I went there little before 4pm, I was in queue for one hour and they took me in for oil change. After starting work on my car after couple minutes they came in waiting room and said that oil change is closed at 4pm. I told them internet says 5:30pm, he said hours are not updated on internet. I called woodman manager and explained the situation and he said they are short of staff and can’t change the oil. I wasted my one valuable hour in waiting + travel time to location. They were not cooperative."
"Yes you will have to wait SOME time but I'll tell you it's because each member is taking the time to do their part right, someone said they rather go to take 5???? NO WAY take 5 left my car leaking oil because the drain bolt was loose, the technicians at Woodmans Oil Change were extremely polite, professional and fast, well make this my go to place from now on, not to mention you can't beat the price"
