"Omg, this Sams has a new manager! His name is Jose and he is GREAT. He is professional, courteous, empathetic and thorough just to say a little! If your a business he will make sure you are taken care of!!"

"IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK & MANAGER Went to renew my membership and to return an item at the customer service desk. There were two women: one black with red hair (the permanent clerk at that desk), and the other one with blonde hair. We were 3 customers in the line. These clerks left with their own customers supposedly to help them with something, but never returned. After 10 minutes, I called the store's manager attention, and he simply said: "They will be there soon". Of course, they did not return. PURPOSELY DELAY The black clerk while still supposedly helping the same customer from a regular cashier register, stared at me several times, like with entitled attitude, "YOU CAN LEAVE. I AM NOT COMING BACK THERE. For the time I left (20 minutes) there were 7 different customers waiting. How can a clerk from customer service be away from her desk for so long, and with so many people waiting? She should be permanently at her desk and not at a regular register with the same customer for that long. OTHER CUSTOMERS UPSET There was also another Asian lady shouting upset about it, and the two customers behind me were not happy either. But of course, the manager did nothing to rectify the situation. That's why this clerk does whatever she wants, because she knows she can get away with it. I feel she does it on purpose, because there was almost a mirror situation like a year ago with same clerk, same manager. Perhaps, she remembers and does it on purpose because I complained for that time too. Then, I called the blonde's attention while she was walking toward the exit, who finally came back to help me. I might just get a membership from Costco."

"I bought 3 gift cards over Christmas to the Olive Garden for my kids. I went through the self check out and did not receive the activation receipts. I asked the supervisor if they were activated and she informed me yes after looking at me receipt. Come to find out I was charged for all 3 and they were never activated. I went to the store to get them activated and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Keep in mind that was after 30 minutes and the front end supervisor informing me a member of management would not come downstairs to help. When she finally showed up she rolled her eyes at me and told me she was “just trying to help me” after telling me there was nothing they could do about it. This place is horrible. Called the corporate office waiting for a call from the store manager. That was a week ago. Still nothing."

"Sam’s club itself is great.. Good quality choices and I love the scan and go option. The reason for my 2 stars is the third party service they use for curbside and delivery. It’s absolutely terrible! Curbside takes forever for them to bring you the order (20-30 min past your pickup time). Delivery is worse . I have weekly deliveries and I clearly give a description of my establishment and they often deliver to the wrong address and are usually late past the window of time. On one occasion the food went bad when delivered to the wrong address. The most recent order was cancelled with no reason given. When I call nobody answers the phone after multiple attempts. I had to go to the store myself to ask for my order. Apparently it was canceled because the driver couldn’t find my establishment even when I also provide the NAME and description of my establishment. I asked the Sam’s employee to please refund the delivery fee and driver tip and was told I have to contact the delivery service Spark. This is such a headache. Do better Sam’s. You may end up losing loyal customers."

"This Sam's Club is awesome!! The amount of selections for anything you can think of was incredible. Lots of options and brand choices. The best part was the price. I can't remember the last time I saw prices like that. From electronics, produce, milk, meats, poultry, fish, pork, canned vegetables, daily care products etc they have it all. The store was clean and everything was neat and in its place. The employees were following Covid-19 protocols but no one made a fuss if a customer wasn't wearing a mask. All in all it was a great shopping experience and I never feel like anything involved with shopping is great."
