"This pharmacy is terrible. It will not answer the phone. My prescription was sent in August 2023 and it was never filled. I finally told my doctor's office to cancel and refund my order. I do not like chasing this pharmacy to confirm my address. Ridiculous and maddening."
"No one will ever answer the phone! My 91-year old Mom called in a refill and drove 30 miles to pick it up a week later and the request hadn't been entered in the system. They had not called to say it was ready for pick up and she could not get anyone to answer the phone for confirmation. Now she did get a confirmation call and has to make that drive a 2nd time. Didn't even offer a free delivery to compensate for incompetence and lack of staff."
"Have been trying to get my prescription filled for weeks now. They kept saying my dr sent it in wrong and that they let them know. My dr heard nothing. I spent forever on hold trying to contact them on the phone and they hung up on me, twice."
