"If you are going to buy pizza in this place between 6 pm to 7 pm, it is quite a challenge, it is better that you don't even go. In my case, the supervisor named Noel helped me and it is a lack of respect when you ask for your order. If something is not right, she asks you to make the order. line again to fix your order I was between 10 minutes to 25 minutes in line to be told that everything is over when you get to order that is not good so I asked for my money back and I did not buy anything"
"I purchased a set of 4 tires while shopping with wife. My intent was to buy online but while speaking with tire dept rep I went ahead and bought at the club. Was informed the tires would arrive in 5 days however they arrived in two. I setup my appointment and went to the club to install. Was told it’d be about an hour to install. While waiting I walked around even ate at the food court. Overall it was a good experience the rep was polite and knowledgeable. The only thing I’d add is when I went back to the counter to check on my car it was no longer in the bay leading me to wonder how long it’s been ready for. No one alerted me that the car was ready, I only found out after the hour elapsed and decided to check on it. That’s the reason for my 4 stars. Again it wasn’t a bad experience, it was easy and quick."
"Felt for the customer service assistant (Velvi I believe was her name) on a Saturday 7/8/2023 3 pol in front of me & 7 pols behind me waiting & to only have 1 person assisting & the phone ringing for assistant too, have 5 computer there for no reason wow.. assistant definitely deserves a raise, was polite & super kind, felt for her & told her it's ok to answer the phone & helped with my issue.. please have more CS Assistants on a Sat PM.. other than that everything went well.."
