"I'd like to also add that my compounded hormonal med shelf life was ONE month when purchased here even though it worked even a month past that date. At the other pharmacy it was several months which was great because I use it "as needed". Also one time I picked up a medication and went to continue to run errands for the day. I get home and see my medication says it needs to be refrigerated. They should have told me that. This is Texas. The package was not cold. I called and asked the pharmacist to exchange it or give me a refund and she did a slight laugh as if it was a ridiculous request. Several mistakes made by the pharmacist herself. Very poor communication. Had my compounded med changed to Professional Building Pharmacy about 5 min away and have received nothing but 5 star service. I definitely need to add that the quality is also better. I am by no means affiliated with Professional Building Pharmacy and am not being compensated for leaving this review. Just trying to help others out."

"Wonderful pharmacy with great people. They work hard to make sure I get the right brands of prescriptions (unlike cvs, Walgreens) when I need them. They are also very friendly; I’ve been going here for a year and a half now and they recognize me when I walk in."

"Horrible pharmacy. Prescription put in by Doc 2 weeks ago and they still haven't filled it cause they are lazy and don't do thier job. Guarantee you I could have gotten it fast through express scripts by now. I need to take it tomorrow and I don't have any cause of the lack of dedication. Update: After 6 weeks!!!! They still didn't have my prescription filled nor did they call me to tell me that it had been denied by insurance. I had to call them. I had a serious talk with my Dr and told him that this pharmacy of choice for them (pyramids) was horrible and asked him to resend the prescription to my pharmacy Sam's club. The very next day, Sam's club pharmacy called me and told me that my prescription was ready for pick up. Goes to show you that pyramids pharmacy is lacking somewhere.."

"Do not use this pharmacy. The pharmacist actually took it upon herself to call my Dr. -to try and get my prescription strength changed , because she thought 30mg daily was too high . Furthermore , she Quoted me $540 for a 90 day supply of 270 capsules. Then she tried to charge me the same price for a 1/3 of the medication . I went down the street and filled my prescription without an issue or someone trying to play Doctor for 200.00 less ,for 270 capsules."
