"Let me start off by saying I wanted a nice experience for my husband 40th birthday BUT THAT WASN’T GIVEN! I reserved to do my section at the property and later found out that it was overbooked. I was placed in a section that I didn’t pay for which is truly ridiculous because if I paid my $150 for floor 2 or 3 why would I be placed on floor 1 where there was a party going on. Mind you the $150 doesn’t to toward anything just to reserve your spot. (My waiter was AMAZING best part of the whole night). Not to even mention that my card was charged twice of $865.40 and I have to wait for the pending to fall off so I’m out 1730.80 on a night that I didn’t get my section because of miss communication and poor management. I paid to arrive @10 pm didn’t get into my section til 12:08 am which wasn’t cleaned off (see picture) when they close at 2am. I should be refunded half my money back because 1. It was not explained that there maybe a delay in sitting, 2. My section wasn’t cleaned and just nasty, 3. The manager on duty should have been a little more open on what was going on I had to ask and run around to get answers. Just not a very good time for my first impression. This review is being done because this is not how any place of business should be ran. If I’m booking for a spot and you know what’s going on in your establishment To overbook just shows me that owner is money hungry and just bad management/business in my eyes. I should’ve know that information before I arrived and it would’ve made things a lot easier.I want to thank you for a very horrible experience at your establishment and will be waiting on your response."

"Im in love with the ambiance and vibe Jolie offers- it gives a sense of sophistication and comfort, making it the perfect place to either unwind on the weekdays or turn up on the weekends. They also have great hookah! The smoke was smooth and flavorful, creating a truly enjoyable experience. The drinks are good too, my favorite is called the Athena! Overall, I highly recommend this lounge to anyone seeking a memorable night out. The combination of a beautiful interior, delicious drinks, and top-notch hookah make it a standout destination."
