"The worst example of a Dave’s Hot Chicken franchise. I’m an avid visitor of locations all over California and have also visited numerous locations in Texas and this is by far the worst. • They will constantly overcook the chicken and have decreased the size of their chicken breasts. • Long wait times for 2-3 people in line. • $6.99 for a milkshake which is ice cream with Oreos sprinkled on top, unmixed is a joke. • They constantly get orders wrong, for example my most recent visit I ordered cheese fries and paid extra and I was given only fries. I also ordered a medium spice level and was given 0 spice."

"The service was great. Clean facility, food was hot and made to order. The heat was lacking for sure. We ordered xtra hot, hot, medium, and the plain sliders. There was a little kick in the hot. Unfortunately, the extra hot was not spicier. That said, I would return as the chicken was juicy and seasoned well. Nice slaw, pickles, and Dave's sauce are good additions."
