"We purchased a VIP table for $150 which included nothing. I was in awe that we had to pay that amount of money and there was no VIP treatment given to us. The server came to our table only to bring our food. He never came back to refill our water or ask if we wanted other beverages from the bar. I'm really upset with the poor service that I received for $150 VIP table. Our empty plates were left on the table the entire time we were there. We had to keep raising our hands and looking for our server. This was my first and last time going to this establishment I really want my $150 VIP table money refunded. I feel as if I was robbed of my money. The band was the best thing in the place. I have provided pictures of the half empty plates, glasses and urltensils that were never cleaned off of our table by the servers."
"I will return back. Great atmosphere to listen to some great Jazz. There is a fee for a seat or table for the entertainment. This was my first time there to celebrate my birthday. The band that night The Pat Williams Group was phenomenal. My food was not hot enough but saw some amazing dishes from the other patrons. My group of friends I invited really enjoyed the show. I’m looking forward to visiting again."
