"UPDATE: The cable does work and I'm very pleased, the one they sent is very adjustable in case you have custom levers like mine. Only issue was customer service. Ordered online, ordered wrong size clutch cable for 50$(overpriced). Within minutes I called left voicemail and emails for 2 days with no response... I needed help getting the right cable ... instead I got another useless cable for 50$ and wasted time.... still no call back from them."

"I researched for weeks on which bikes to get for my kids Christmas. Weighing price and performance these bikes can't be beat. Shipping was quick. I had a technical question when my kids opened their bikes on Christmas day and got an immediate and personal response to resolve. This level of customer service is hard to find these days. Will definitely purchase here again in the future!"

"The new Rxb250L H.O bike is a beast! This is my first bike and I researched for a while what would be the best bike for the price in this range and i gotta say this is it, was gonna go with a different one but then I found orion and their new bike and was instantly sold. Plus, with their new H.O bike Joe henner motorsports is making a big bore kit all the way upto 340cc so upgrades with this bike are major plus. Trust me if you've been looking for a good bike for a good price this is it. My only 2 suggestion is to get the pro prep (which btw, is cheap compared to alot of other places!) Because you are gonna wanna ride it instantly. Second suggestion is if your state requires it get a bill of sale pdf online for your state, send it to them and pay for the Notary fee on their website (MCO/Title Notary fee)"

"I do not recommend this company (wish I could give 0 stars). I ordered a 110cc semi automatic bike for my grandson on December the 14th. They wait until December 23, 2021 to call me saying they don’t have a semi automatic in stock can they send an automatic ( you would think the website would stay out of stock but it didn’t). I’m quite sure they knew that bike wasn’t in stock while it was still listed on the website. The website says 3-8 business days for delivery so I was under the impression I would get it before Christmas, didn’t get it until January 4, 2022. When the bike arrived, my cousin put fuel in it and charged the battery for 2 hours. The bike won’t crank. The website says assembled and tested. They telling me they don’t crank the bikes. If you don’t crank the bike then how do you test it? Everything about this this company is deceptive including the email they send saying if the order is over $150 you have to provide a signature (making your think the signature is to verify you are who you say you are to prevent fraud but they don’t tell you that signature has two documents attached to it giving them no responsibility for damage or defective bikes. Wish I had read the google reviews prior to purchasing."

"I would advise anybody considering Orion Powersports to go buy elsewhere!!! I purchased a motorcycle for my grandson’s birthday , the listing stated that it takes 4 to 8 days for shipping and that it was in stock ready to go I paid for it signed the paperwork online and haven’t heard back from the company! it took them over a month to send me the motorcycle that was supposed to take 4 to 8 days. the shipping company they used sublet it to another shipping carrier and even though we set up delivery 2 times , twice the carrier did not show up did not contact and I had to drive 100 miles round-trip to pick up the bike at their hub ! when I get there lo and behold the bike that I purchased fully assembled and pro prep Had no instruction manual no toolkit A Twisted frame damaged throttle control most of the frame bolts holding the sub frame to the main frame were stripped and missing the nuts how is this a pro prepped vehicle tire pressure was incorrect none of the bolts were torque to spec brakes were not adjusted etc. the frame was so bent out of whack that the plastics didn’t even fit properly very very cheap workmanship battery acid all over the place even the air filter was not connected to the carburetor this company is careless and outright nasty !!! when I sent an email seeking resolution I got an automated response to email my complaint to another email which I did. I still have not received any information or assistance I have a local mechanic looking at it now but no local mechanics will work on China bikes because they know that they’ll come back every day for another problem save up and get yourself a Kawasaki or a Honda etc these bikes are toys, toys that can really hurt people!!!!!!! beware of their 4.8 star reviews they use a service which filters out the bad reviews shameful!!!"
