"Chili’s has always been a go to chain for me, but this location is the worst I’ve visited. They’re stingy with everything. We ordered chips and salsa and they gave us only a few chips and wanted to charge us for a chip refill. The bottomless chips and salsa seems to have left the menu. Fry portion was skimpy, chicken tenders were thin, and ribs were scrawny. Whoever manages this location is cheap and cuts corners. It also feels like the wait staff are afraid of whoever’s running things because they’re very antsy and not particularly friendly."

"I do not want to support a place that treats its workers so poorly. Only place open today during -8 F degree weather. Workers were trying to do their best but the HEATER WAS BROKEN and they had to work with only space heaters in the bar area. When I was there, people were swarming the building because it was the only restaurant open for miles and the workers and customers were subjected to inhumane temperature conditions. Had to keep my jacket on the whole time. Should not have even been open."

"Service was a bit slow because of Happy Hour and that’s understandable! But it was worth of wait and dinner! I will be coming back when I go back to Downtown Evanston next time!"
