"This place used to be one of my favorite coffee shops. But times have changed and it has turned into something similar to a cheap coworking. People buy a cup of coffee and sit there all day working on a laptop. All the seats are constantly occupied. It's a pity that they don't have time limits like in many other cafes. I don't go there anymore"

"I dropped by the place for the first time. The order was two Havana coffees with cinnamon and condensed milk. While I was waiting for my order, i took a glance at the service guy adding condensed milk into coffee more than its reasonable amount. So, I asked for him to add less milk into second coffee and all will be well. However, the guy threw out the cup and started his job all over again. After that I just told him that All I wanted is the second one with less milk, not necessary to throw out the first one. He had a negative behavior when presenting the order, telling me that 'Next time you have to give a clear instruction to the cashier' . As a response, I told him that it was my first appearance here, so i didn't know that you guys add milk that much amount into coffee. And I took away my coffee and left the place, but the guy literally chasing me, and saying that "Excuse me, ma'am, what did you say? Again?" So, i really felt that i got harassed by him since it was not an appropriate behavior. Beyond terrible service!!"

"I am a regular at this location. I keep coming back because I like the coffee but the staff is oftentimes very rude. This morning was clearly not a good morning for Stephanie. First, she was rude to the woman in front of me and then she loudly yelled at her coworker when I pointed out that I ordered oat milk, not whole milk. I don’t consume dairy. She went on to complete three orders that came in after mine before remaking my drink. I will likely use up my reward points and go somewhere in the future."

"Nice coffee shop. I really enjoyed the Cuban cappuccino. However the espresso in the latte was burned. It would have been better had the barista pulled the shot immediately after putting the portafilter into the machine rather than leaving it without pulling the shot while steaming the milk. Overall good experience."
