"This shop is great! I had a tire get a bubble on a new Trek bike (not purchased there) after less than 2 months (500+ miles). The put a new tire on right then while we were there. This was not our first time in that shop because they are good and provide great customer service."

"I dropped in recently just to ask about tune-up costs and get some advice regarding my bike that I had recently started riding again after many years. I was on the fence about spending money on my old mountain bike but not really sure I wanted to commit just yet to investing in a new one. Jason and his team could not have been more accommodating. He was busy, but gladly made time to listen to my questions and needs. He quickly put my bike up on the rack for an evaluation and advised me of the work and new parts needed as well as the expected costs. It seemed clear just in the short time I was there that if I was going to leave my bike anywhere for maintenance, this was the right place. I decided to have the work done (under no pressure at all) and a few days later received a call that it was ready - earlier than promised! I picked it up and the bike is rolling as good as the day I bought it twenty years ago, especially considering that Jason and his team threw in some extra goods and services just to make sure everything was right.
