"Took pump wouldn't prime, motor fine, took it apart, found impeller seal in two parts clogging impeller, replace seal, had enough points in rewards to pay for repair, re-install turn on power, primed twice to back flush and running and pumping fine. Now maybe I can get rid of green that it's been all year. Chemistry has been right on, just couldn't get it clear."

"Ordered a spa cover. Tie downs ripped. The cover was still under warranty, but Leslie's Customer Care response was " I apologize that you are running into an issue with your cover. I reviewed the pictures with the factory. Unfortunately the claim has been denied. Ripped handles are typically caused by pulling on the handles when lifting or closing the hot tub or by lifting the cover off when it is buckled down. This is not considered a manufacturer defect." What good are tie downs if they rip when you use them?"

"Best Pool Store in Fort Worth! Michael the Mgr is fantastic. Pool maintenance team failed to show up so took in sample of water to be tested Free! They told me exactly what to add. Even told me to go to Walmart to save $$. No up selling, just great Customer Service! While there I found great Summer hat and others fun Summer items for the Pool. No pressure Fun shopping with great prices. The Staff is friendly and even gave me a plastic bottle to bring in water sample should I need to next week if my pool crew doesn't show up. They make it easy. May start doing it myself and save pool maintenance fee monthly. Michael spent time with me explained it all in terms that made pool chemistry simple to understand. I can do this. Left there grateful to have this store close by. They even do service calls should I need expert home service for pool now that Summer is here."
