"Sams store is great. It's one male employee when leaving the store always scan at least 5 items in my cart. When he scans everyone elses basket 3 or less. Ive been coming to Sam's over 15 years and I'm there one or twice a week and he does it all the time to me. Why is that? Does Sam have a policy on which customers to over check there basket. I would appreciate a response and someone to contact. I was just there today and it really disturbs me this is happening regularly to me."

"Store is great but very poor experience on returns. Have tried return 2-3 time but same experience. Only one person at the desk and that person takes forever to return. Good luck if you have online returns! Better to get free prepaid shipping label and return it!"

"Great prices and wide selection. I've been a member since 1990 when the Sam's on Northwest Highway in Irving was open. Now we visit the Sam's in Las Colinas. Look for the fresh orange juice. It's been tasty every time and cheaper than at other markets. Get there early on weekends as the place fills up quickly. And check out the low gasoline prices, where lines of car often form three cars deep at busiest times. One of the advantages of Sam's Club is the speedy checkout. If you download the free app, you just scan the items in your cart, then head to the exit where a team member scans your app and a couple of your items, and sends you on your way. Oh, this doesn't happen very often, but you need to look upside down for several of the posted prices. By the time you see this, they likely fixed the problem. And even if you're not a student of marketing, how can you resist packaging that cries out "You Need This," which you'll see in one of my photos."

"Shopping is always more than we need, we went to Sam’s club to get fresh orange juice but we ended up buying lot more than that included blueberries blackberries lemons carrots chips and many . I have searched for Zone perfect protein bars and couldn’t find any .. over all good experience to loose some bucks more than anticipated"
