"I pulled into the first entrance looking for an address to deliver a package. There was a sign on the building that's at open like a normal business, there was a guy outside working on his truck. I asked him if he could tell me which address was the one I was looking for, and he responded with "well it's neither of these ones and it says no trespassing on the sign out there". Well EXCUUUSE ME for just trying to get information to do my job and pulling into an open business. My apologies.... I didn't even know what the business was before I looked it up and if I ever hear anybody talking about it I can say I won't recommend it. If that's how they treat somebody just looking for help, I can't imagine how they treat their customers."
"My dad is a very loyal customer at this place. My mom and I went and the customer service was terrible. My dad called prior to us arriving and they told him it was open, we get there and we’re inside and a lady comes out telling us that it is closed and we should not even be inside. She repeatedly kept shouting to not pet her dogs, when we weren’t even petting them. She wouldn’t even let us talk or explain. In my opinion, she could’ve been a little bit nicer about it and we would’ve understood. Overall, not the greatest experience which is a bummer considering how well they’ve treated my dad before."
