"I’m a huge LOFT fan typically, I love their clothes and enjoy the price point. I typically have wonderful service as well, however today I had an absolutely horrible experience at the LOFT West County in STL. Neither employee spoke to me, my Mom or Dad the entire time we were in the store. Then one of the employees went outside to talk on her cell phone even though I was asking her a question. We just left and will not be back."
