"UPDATED REVIEW 5/24/22- I increased their stars after receiving great customer service from a young lady when I called asking for two tickets. Los Mismos refused to sell us tickets making up excuses about passports and what not. We went to Ocampo and had no issues purchasing tickets. Stop giving Los Mismos your business and go with Ocampo!"
"I do not recommend coming here the restrooms stink like they haven’t cleaned them at all! the very back seats there was water falling from the roof and the lady from the back got herself and the seat wet on top the air is barely blowing so it’s really hot we paid 90 dollars for each person just to get service like this.."
"3 stars because everything was great except that the bus kept turning off on us. It was an 18 hour drive and it turned off about 6 times. Other than that very fast and only 1 stop. Will travel again, hopefully they'll have worked on the buses they use by then."
