Sam's Club

"I used to shop at this club at least weekly, mainly given it's location, but my recent trips to the tire center would certainly change my behavior going forward. I recently went there to get my SUV tires balanced and rotated as I always did in the past, but twice in two consecutive days this time, I was denied service. The reasons given to me were purely the result of changing in that shop. Management at the club was not helpful at all but asked me to visit the Lakeline location, saying that tire center would have the equipment to lift my SUV. One store manager, whom I do not want to disclose name at this time, even claimed that it is the defect of my SUV, not the shop that caused this situation, what a shame!!! It's not that the workers at this tire center were busy, as I never saw more than 1 or 2 cars in service, even though they have at least 4 service lifts available. What a waste of time and disappointing experience to say the least..."

"The warehouse is well stocked. My first time back for about 8 years. The only bad thing, or at least I had a bad experience is the organization on paying and the lack of cashiers and organization at the checkout lines. I was going towards to pay, and I saw one person on a checkout lane, and then I was told by another cashier there is a line, so they sent me to be back of the line, while other ppl would cut the lines to pay and nobody said anything, I was getting annoyed and almost left the cart there. Then after finally after paying, there is another line to go out, and if you are in the right side, you have to go all the way to the left to do another line to go out and ppl kept making the line and no room for me to get into the line, when I finally did, another employee started to check out the carts and call me when another person just cut in front of me. The employees do not really do much, seem like they scared of customers or just don't care and let them cut the lines as they please. Very bad organization at checkout. A lot of lack of couth here."

"Good warehouse store overall, but some of the workers give off a vibe that they aren't being paid enough to be there, or that the management just doesn't care enough. Perhaps they could consider doing some work to improve their professionalism a bit and invest more into training the employees so that everyone is doing their job consistently. For example, the first time I went here, I asked two workers about their policies on the club membership, and received a different answer for the same question. In addition, when I needed to process a refund because I was charged the wrong price for an item during another visit, the employee was confused on the protocol to follow, but in the end still figured it out successfully. Overall, a decently good store except for a few issues."

"I love Sam's Club. They have great prices on products that I use on a regular basis. I recently started using the Scan and Go feature on the app. Wow! What a great time saver. Now I can bypass all the folks waiting in line at the checkout and go straight to the exit checker. The only downside is that sometimes I have to buy a larger quantity or size of whatever it is than I really need or want at the time, but in the end I'm glad to have it. They also have great deals on store brand and even name brand clothes like jeans, shorts, shirts, socks. And don't forget the meats, cheese and bakery items. Most are much better quality than grocery stores at lower prices. Books, automotive needs, pharmacy, commercial kitchen supplies, appliances, travel services, home office... there's no end to the offerings. They even run periodic additional discounts called Instant Savings on popular items. Sam's is well worth the annual club fee."
