"My granddaughter plays with next level and I’m not supposed to talk about playing time or coaching. If I do then he takes his frustration out on the players. Her parents have payed over $2,000 for her to play. I go to most of her games and I’ve never seen her serve until today. She served one time. She’s 1–1 serving. She plays a limited time on the court and I mean a small portion of playing time. She leaves the court almost in tears because she says she doesn’t get to play much. All the other girls play a lot. I don’t know if I’ve got the right person to complain, but I will refuse to pay $10-$20 to go watch her sit on the bench. She’s not a quitter, she will play the rest of the season. Next season she better not get the same coach."

"We have been very disappointed. My daughter is currently in the 5th and 6th grade group. There are way too many girls. Seriously over 100. It is somewhat chaotic. Due to the numbers the girls get little time actually practicing. They mostly stand in line waiting for their turn. During the game time the girls are not separated into skill level. We have been to three of the practices and have decided not to finish the clinic due to these things."
