"I ordered a kebab mix with chicken and shrimp and I only got chicken...I immediately called the store once my food arrived to me incorrect and spoke with the manager Michelle who stated since I was unable to bring the order back to the store I could pick the replacement up anytime before Thursday(the incident occurred on a Monday). I called on Thursday to pick up my replacement and Michelle would not honor the replacement stating I should've picked it up before Wednesday. Not only did she argue with me back and forth but she HUNG UP!! I spent so much money at this particular location and at this point I wouldn't recommend a dog to eat there... to be a manager, Michelle was horrible and I'll never be back"

"So far they have the best ribeye I've had if you are looking for a quick good meal. REVISED REVIEW... I just ordered my usual and the steak was twice as small. It was extremely tough it was not cooked hard or dried out but it was tough never ending chewy meat, but it was still juicey. You just could not chew through it. The potato is about half the size it normally is and it was just overall a bad experience. How do you go from the best to the worst grill in a few weeks. I ate here a few times before posting a review. But I will just go back to the other grills who are consistent and good. You don't have to be the best, but I am definitely not supporting the worst."

"I purchased 400 wings for my husband’s birthday party and the wings were terrible. They were dry and seemed to be over cooked or possibly recooked. My friend who picked up the order did not check before she left unfortunately. I would not recommend for a large order!"

"I'm not sure if people are putting the reviews to the correct locations but I ordered online (grilled tilapia with rice and vegetables) around 7p, picked up my food and checked my order before leaving the store. NO COMPLAINTS!! Don't forget to ask for your drinks because they won't remind you. I didn't experience bad service at all. But I will say this: if you're going to ask 50 questions over the phone and not leave a tip for their time just order online. Ijs...they are prepping your food."

"The customer service was great, I guess that kinda makes up for the food. I asked for jumbo shrimp and I got what you would call mini. There were two times more onions than shrimp. The so called salad came with maybe a teaspoon of dressing. There's a sign that says check your bag before you leave. Definitely follow those instructions because it's not worth your hard earned money."
