"Had my front brakes recently done at Supermax. Today I had a flat tire and went to put on the spare only to find out that Supermax had not replaced the key for my locking lug nuts so I couldn't remove my front tire. Called Supermax and the guy there said that they had a "shelf" of lug nut keys (apparently this happens often) and they wouldn't be able to find which was mine. Now I need to have Volvo Roadside Assistance TOW my car to Volvo Oak Park to get the wheel off and replace the tire. Such a disappointment from an auto service place I'd previously recommended"

"SUPERMAX is the BEST !! I LOVE THIS PLACE I’ve been coming to this auto shop for YEARS !! They have not changed everyone is HONEST , HELPFUL & FRIENDLY.. THEY’VE NEVER STIRRED ME WRONG I TOTALLY TRUST JUNIOR AND HIS STAFF! I NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH THE WORK OR THE PRICES . JUNIOR IS FAIR AND NEVER DISCRIMINATES I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND SUPERMAX .. They have a bathroom with a small waiting area for your convenience with coffee.."
