I had a part break that was under warranty with a different mechanic that is in the same network as Zepeda (but significantly farther from my home), and Zepeda not only squeezed me in the next morning, but got the job done in 2 days, and got the warranty to cover everything. "Went in for basic oil change, they did 360 inspection and gave a thorough handout of findings (also called to go over the report). Moved forward with what I wanted, and car was done at their estimated time! Very friendly and informative staff. They explained why maintenance points needed to done. Answered all my questions and also explained general car maintenance tips! Will definitely be back for other car services. Cost is comparable to other Chicago places, but can’t beat their friendliness and organized system! Thank you Jose and rest of team!"

I took my car in on a Wednesday morning - I didn't realize they were by appointment only, but they kindly got my car in the same day and called me that afternoon explaining to me what was going on, and gave me an estimate. During that call, they told me I would likely not get my vehicle back until early the next week, but very surprisingly, they got it back to me that Friday evening. I'm so grateful.
