"I had a national advisory Shimano crank recall so want to Sun Adventure who is an authorized Shimano dealer. I felt like I got exceptional service and evaluation for the recall and even better service in the tune-up and repairs that were needed. High quality at a reasonable price. "Dont bother. Genuinely dont bother with this shop. I had a couple years ago had my bike serviced and in particular, wanted my rear hub packed. I paid 300$ for this service. Although I wasnt informed of the price beforehand (i had a 150$ bike at the time.) And after I got home (a 40 min drive and I didnt have a car at the time) the hub fell apart first ride out of the parking lot. Recently I had a 2017 road bike in the shop to warranty my rigid trek fork. The shop lied to me that the fork was not under warranty (LIFETIME MEANS LIFETIME) and that I had to pay for a new fork out of pocket plus their labor. I asked them to try a warranty and they said it was denied. I called trek and they sent me a new fork IN A WEEK i had a brand new one at my door. And trek not only said there was no such claim from the shop, it was in-fact, under warranty. Also when I had got the bike out of the shop (I changed my own fork) the derailleur hanger was bent and there was a new scratch on my 1k road bike. Meaning this shop has either done bad work, lied to me, or has way over charged. This shop is the very reason I DIY my bikes now. Paying 300$ for a service is not only high, but I could for less than that buy the tools to do my own work. I wont be coming back again for any reason."
"When you are searching for a good team with a good heart ,you will find them in this shop. They take care about your bike and they also care about the person behind the bike. They made good work with knowing what is the best for your bike. There are beautiful bicycles for sale too."
"Devin is absolutely the best!! I took my Giant Reign 2 and asked him if he had any suggestions for upgrading it!! He was very helpful and ordered everything I needed, I picked up everything and started assembling everything and got caught up on something! I called him up and said to bring it in and he would look at it, he got me up and running in no time!! I will only take my bike to him from this point on!!"
