"I’ve been struggling with a sore foot. I’ve not been to the doctor, but I feel my symptoms are similar to those with planter fasciitis. I’ve spent 100s of dollars trying to find the right shoes to help. I stopped in at Fleet Feet in Davenport. All of the sales representatives were busy with other people, which I can respect. I waited for about 10-15 minutes, just standing there. I had no idea how the process went as I had never been there before. Not one of their employees looked at me, there were 4 or 5 workers, which I cannot respect. Not a “Hi”. Not a “take a look around and someone will be right with you”. Finally, an employee, Steve, went up to the counter for something and I followed him to ask if I needed an appointment. Steve was wonderful!!! He apologized that basically, every employee ignored me, including him and assured me that he would help me next. Which he did and was FABULOUS! I found a pair of shoes and inserts. Fingers crossed that my foot problem will be over. Went up to check out, and while Steve fitted my inserts to my shoes, a guy in a white sweater, employee who comes across as very arrogant and pompous, basically snubbed me and cut in front of Steve at the register to help his very important customer without a word to me! No “excuse me” no “do you mind if I finish up with this customer while you wait?” I wait as another employee snubs me and does the same thing! Once the two “important” customers with merchandise in hand where finished, then it was my turn! As an outsider looking in, I hope that somehow, Steve doesn’t get duped as the “bad guy” because he was the only saving grace to my whole experience! The two employees who butted in and snubbed me at the cash register, where it for me! I rarely write google reviews , this may actually be my first. And I certainly will not stop here, as the way I was treated by everyone but Steve, will certainly be an experience that I will share with my nursing colleagues and fellow vets. You must do better to be better!"

"Michelle was so helpful in choosing a pair of shoes for my daily walks. She measured my feet and observed my walking pattern. She discovered that I had been wearing shoes that were one size too big. She then brought out a few pairs of shoes for me to try. I was able to choose a great fitting pair and have been enjoying my walks ever since! Thanks so much for your help Michelle!"

"It was a GREAT experience! I needed running shoes for my son who runs track. He couldn't be there at that time, but the sales associate Steve was VERY helpful and even Facetimed with my son to show him all of the shoes and make sure that he was happy with what I purchased. I will DEFINITELY be back to purchase more for him. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. Thank you!!!"

"The service there was awesome. I wish I could remember the name of the person who waited on me, but she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She scanned my feet to get all the information we needed to select the right shoe for me. Then, the store had several options from which I could choose. I selected a Hoka shoe that is perfect for me. I could not be more happy."

"Stopped in for a pair of shoes for work and couldn’t be happier! I’ve had several people tell me to stop in because they measure your feet and show you what shoes would be best. Best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Kayla was so kind and absolutely amazing. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and she listened to what I was looking for."
