Disrespectful customer service reps, terrible receptionist who hung up on me 3 times and then laughed about it and can't direct a call to the appropriate department. Claims that since the USPS states that they delivered a package (which I never received) that they do not owe me a refund for a package that was NEVER DELIVERED. They have NO proof of my signature just stated that "the driver signed off". Totally unfair to a customer who spent well over $200 and NEVER received the merchandise. CS reps talk over you and say that they're not responsible for their product arriving. TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! Too bad you can't give someone ZERO stars on this review process."

"Everytime I have been here the staff has been so kind and so helpful in finding me clothes including putting outfits together to try on. I admit I am not too into fashion and struggle to find things I like but to have that kind of help is so much appreciated. By the way, you all should look into getting a store out in Lima Peru. Women who are larger than an XL (like me) have such a hard time finding clothes at all down here. It is a need you all would fit perfectly in. I have always loved the clothes you have and the quality for such a value."
