"Hands Down THE WORST company I have EVER dealt with! They took two weeks to “try to locate” a reputable contractor to ship the bike 3rd party. They do not ship anything themselves. Then after two weeks we canceled and contracted with another company. “Cars In Transport” who I highly recommend. After we canceled with this company, they sent a driver to pick up the scooter anyway which happened to coincide exactly with out pickup appointment with Cars In Transport. They took the vehicle (after their contract was canceled) we called and spoke with Kaleeb who became extremely belligerent and is now threatening to hold it hostage in storage until we pay their ransom demands saying - and I quote “Don’t Dare Me Man”. We will be consulting an attorney and may have to report it as stolen. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. No matter how cheap they are, it’s not worth it! Response Edit to TCI Logistics: This company did not " get here first". We did not book with multiple companies. We canceled with them last week after weeks them trying unsuccessfully ship the Scooter and only then did we book with another company. Then they said they "overlooked" the fact they already booked a company and sent a pickup anyway, with a canceled contract. Additionally, how could the driver be 5 hours out when he picked it up less than 2 hours ago? Nothing but lies and dishonesty from this company. They paid us $75 Cash to remove the first bad review - Then proceeded as outlined above. This company's owner is dishonest, vulgar, and as unprofessional as it gets. Avoid at all costs. "This company is the best. Kalo has transported multiple vehicles for me and my family. Each time Hes taken great care of me and all the different vehicles he's shipped for me. My most recent vehicle was shipped the day after I called to set up transport and it was delivered 4 days later completely across the country from Georgia to Las Vegas. He also was the most fairly price out of all the carriers I check with. After the 1st time I used TCI I stopped price shopping cause I already knew it was the best price.
