"Terrible service, my colleague went to notarize a letter of recommendation that was in the English language, they asked if it was Cuban, and after that they told her that if they did not translate the letter they would not notarize it. Don't go here to notarize. The business a few doors later notarizes at a good price and much friendlier."

"Terrible experience, today I sent a package two months ago and it still hasn't arrived. Every time I call they tell me the same thing that there is no oil in Cuba and when I went to send it the lady told us that it would arrive on time, now they say that they can't do anything, they didn't say that about oil that day. It is a real lie, and I hope it arrives otherwise the lie would become a scam, because nothing is free and I had to pay my pounds."
