"Make sure you ask them about the change and cancellation fees before you buy the airline tickets. They did not inform me about this when I bought a few tickets for my family. When I wanted to make a change within one week after I purchased the tickets, I realized that there was a $225 change fee per ticket while the airline charged the customers only $50. I asked the travel agent the reason why and here is what they told me " You should know it, our price has been like that for the last decade". I was very disappointed when I heard that."
