"I just saw Ed’s review. I was the guy in the waiting room with him. I got 4 new tires. I was told 45min to 1hour to do the work. I dropped off my car went to lunch and returned an hour later. I was ok with the workmanship but they used up my afternoon “finding” $3200 worth of other stuff above the cost of my tire replacements. That would be ok if I went there and asked for that inspection but I didn’t. All told my tire replacement took over 2.5hours and I found that frustrating! The work was fine the people were nice but I felt taken advantage of by being forced to wait for them to do things I didn’t ask for."
"Took the day off work to run some errands. Stopped in to get an oil change and was told I would be in the garage in about 15 minutes. 2 hours later, after a service tech went through my truck with a fine tooth comb, they give me three pages of things they thought might need attention that would come to a total over $2300. The guy sitting next to me for tires was quoted over $3000 for things he wasn't there for. I understand upselling filters and small things, but taking two hours for an oil change and coming back with that list was too much. Needless to say, I didn't have time to do my other errands. Do what customers ask for and get it done quick. I will not be back. They do not value a customers time."
