"I booked a large party for my birthday to Las Vegas. When people tried to make payments she wasn't available. I had to constantly follow up with everyone which is the job of a travel agent. One friend was charged even twice. Friends that landed before me couldn't check in at first, then when they checked in the wrong room was booked. Two friends were booked on the wrong flight. One friend couldn't check in at all because she was booked from Ft Lauderdale to Vegas instead of DFW to Vegas even though the confirmation she received from the travel agency said DFW. She lost her flight Valentine Travel refused to rebook her on another flight. She was never reimbursed for anything. Very un-organized can't recommend them. I will never spend my money on them ever again!!!"
