"Went in for an oil change, good thing I brought breakfast, it took an hour and a half. They have a new thing where you get to watch a video of your mechanics summation, sort of interesting! Why let the customer actually talk to the mechanic and see the work being done! Got a decent discount from kickback on previous visit."
