Finish Line

"terrible customer service. im not one to write reviews and complain about staff but this was blatantly unacceptable. i went in yesterday with my mom and went up to an employee asking if they had a certain shoe i wanted and she said she’d check. i see her walk halfway to the back then turn around and ask through their little walkie piece and i assumed someone would be out with them or tell her they didn’t have them. around 10 minutes go by and i hear nothing. her and her other coworkers were simply standing there talking about something non work related. i go up to her and she turns around as if im in the wrong for interrupting her precious conversation and i ask if she could also check for another shoe. she says she’ll check but i dont hear anything from her for another 10 minutes. i finally go up to her where she gives me the same look, as if saying, “what the f do you want” and i ask if they had the shoe or not. she then proceeds to open some shoe boxes on the counter to check if its the shoes i asked about, which made no sense because both shoes were nike shoes and the boxes were not nike boxes. she asks one of her coworkers if he ever brought out the shoes she requested and he says “oh nah we didn’t have them” so in that whole time i was there waiting, all they did was talk and didnt even bother letting me know that they didnt have the shoe i was looking for. went to foot locker and received amazing customer service so i felt like i had to write this."

"Disgusting customer service ! i walked in with my family on a sunday december 12 2021 in the afternoon ..i wasnt greeted at all! the people working there all looked teenagers talking by the registers! instead of taking care of us. seriously ! super annoying! then i stood by the register to see if someone would help me and nobody got close to ask me nothing ! until a rude girl said ."what size in those" ..like seriously ! never will i go back here !!!!"

"I've began to like finish line more than foot looker and champs. I recommend ppl get the rewards program. I bought some shoes a couple weeks ago and when purchased them from Arrest, I think was his name. I used my debit card and he had this portable card swipe device and I thought it was the coolest thing...but one thing does bother me about it. The company spent billions of dollars on these devices but they can't give their workers raises???"
