"HealthEquity HSA Account fees you $3.95 and charge you $25.00 to close your account. Do not be fooled by this scam it eats up all your Tax savings Just use your own savings account. Finally got my Close account check and they robbed me just a reminder don't do Business with HealthEquity. Update they are still horrible."

"If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. This company talks in circles and never gives you straight answers. I am 7 and a half months pregnant and have been paying for Cobra insurance for 3 months, however, my status remains “inactive” and I am unable to use it. I must have daily phone calls with this company to fix the issue that they refused to fix. I went to pay this months bill and it turns out they refunded me for the past two months, and I know no longer allowed to make any more payments. This is a disgrace and unacceptable. My care is time sensitive as having a baby is extremely expensive."

"Stay away from this business at all costs. You will be dealing with a company that is very unprofessional. Competency is their biggest weakness. I talked to 7 people about a claim over 5 months. Everyone gave me different answers every time. Then they finally authorized my refund. After that, I had an argument with a manager on the phone about poor service and gave them a critical review on their customer portal. 5 hours later they changed the status of my refund to denied. It is for legitimate dental expenses. I never had to deal with a company that is too hostile to customers and disorganized."
