"I didnt like the way Emilio S.was doing buisness with me. I called and asked for another agent. I got one but Emilio S. will not allow me to my buisness with anyone else but him. He needs leave people alone that dont want to do buisness with him. I need someone to stop him from messing with me. I just want to buy insurance I dont need a stocker messing with me. I have been a customer for over 30yrs and never had to deal with this its crazy. Need real help from someone thats in charge to stop him from messing with me."

I even tried upping my deductible, and dropping one of my cars to liability. Essential saved me $50 a month, with a $500 vanishing deductible vs $1000 non-vanishing I had, and they raised both my cars to full coverage. They even covered all my other ins company's perks (roadside, hotel, etc.)"
