"Both reception and technical staff are personable and friendly. Both of my boys are comfortable going there. Only 3 stars due to limited communication & scheduling options (Not open on Fridays or Weekends) and expectations for communication on care and treatment plans(app vs calling office), etc. would have been helpful to have a comprehensive review in the beginning that outlined these issues/expectations in order to plan/schedule accordingly. Hard to believe that I am truly the first person to comment on the lack of communication for managing expectations for appointment scheduling when deciding to move forward with treatment as the coordinator mentioned to me today."

"Had a very positive experience at the Batavia location with Dr Zimmer and staff. My orthodontist had long since retired and offices have merged, but they easily found my records and fit me in for a same day emergency assessment. The office staff was very efficient, kind and timely. Dr Zimmer offered options to fix the issue and follow-up appts were conveniently available at several locations despite the impending holiday and end of year rush. I would recommend this office to those considering orthodontia treatment. I felt more comfortable with this office than I ever felt with my previous orthodontist. It's a busy office, but they don't appear rushed or overbooked and the staff is wonderful. Thank you Prairie View Batavia office for your kindness and expertise."
