"Whoever answered the phone today was extremely rude and condescending to the fact that it’s been a good while since I’ve been to the dentist. I know I haven’t been in a few years but when the receptionist was snobby and disrespectful to the fact that it’s been awhile, it made me realize I should take my business elsewhere. A dentist office should not shame people for not coming in as regularly as they should. It just makes you not want to go more."
