"If you have any dental work done here, make sure you look at your insurance EOB and compare it to what the office charges you. Two separate times, Pacer dental told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover part of the services I received—so they made me pay out of pocket at the time of service. Once the claim was filed and paid by my insurance, I reviewed the EOB. It turns out that my insurance actually did pay for the services that Pacer said they wouldn’t cover and made me pay out of pocket. Essentially, seemed like Pacer was double dipping. And this happened twice on two completely different visits. I had to be the one to tell them of the billing error and demand a credit. I don’t trust this office anymore. The dentists themselves are average, but the billing is very shady."

"Called the office as a new patient for my 4 year old daughter who woke up complaining of pain in her gums. Staff was so friendly over the phone and was able to accommodate a same day appointment for us which included a cleaning, X-rays and exam. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and checked in right away. To my surprise there was no wait time! The hygienist was wonderful with my toddler and made sure she was comfortable. My daughter is an anxious kid so I was relieved that this experience was positive for her. The doctor was incredibly caring and took his time with the exam and answered all my questions. As a mom with two energetic toddlers and a baby on the way I was really stressed after a long day of managing many appointments alone with my kids, but Pacer Dental made me feel welcome and I’m so glad I called them because our last dentist wasn’t family friendly. We look forward to our next visit with them!"

"Made an appointment to get cleaninga month in advance and was never told they didn't take my insurance. I showed up and then was told it would be 190 but if I wanted to buy their insurance it would be $350. That's not right to do to people. Horrible on your part! I don't recommend them at all!"

"Dr. Mahdi and Dr. Rathi are both very kind and empathetic. Their staff is helpful. They've always been helpful on the phone. Wait times are minimal - I think my longest was 15 minutes on a busy Saturday. My only criticism is that I missed a payment (monthly scheduled), and no one told me. Because of the missed payment, I wasn't able to book any appointments online for a month until I called to find out what the issue was."
