"Wow can't believe how we were treated. Called mallory said she was in tyler but was coming back and she would meet us at her office sounded great texted her and then she called and told us it was going to be another hour we where in our car in front of the office then left and came back and waited texted her again no answer. Waited 2 hours. If she didn't want to meet us she should have said so so i could go somewhere else and get health insurance. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER YEAR ! No insurance, i had to give a star but doesn't deserve it. Not only did i wait but my handicapped mother too. No one should be treated like that. My advice do use USHEALTH ADVISORS !! Mallory K. Would not be any help to you. Worst experience !!!"
