"The worst insurance agent I ever had in my life. I switched to State Farm and left a bad survey about Steve Kretschmars agency. He retaliated and told a collection agency I had missed a payment. I couldn’t fight it they all were liars. I paid it just to keep my excellent credit rating. Steve is a no good Bum!"
"Initially they gave me a good rate for insurance and now after 6 months they are saying stupid things to hike my price almost 10 times. They are scammers in disguise. Also not to mention their call centre never cares to pickup a call. Literally a nightmare in many ways. Please do yourself a favor and dont go with their insurance. The biggest Headache i have ever had came with these idiots"
