"Called this store because I was ordering online with a coupon to pick up in store. There was an issue online. The store associate responded he knows nothing about the website and he couldn't help me with it at all. I asked if he had coupons in store, he replied no. He offered no guidance as to what I could do. This company is a joke and their website runs really slow."

"I would give it zero stars except that was NOT an option. I went in today to purchase a pair of Nike's that they stated they had in stock. I was also trying to purchase shoes for my kids and my gf also ( so a total of 4 pairs of shoes ). In doing so the pair they had was clearly used and then returned . Upon asking the manager John to see if there was a way to discount a product that was used and then returned he decided to be rude and tell me sorry cant do that. He could have said unfortunately due to certain protocols we are unable to sell them. It amazes me the type of behavior and culture these stores provide to customers that are trying to purchase things. They may want to rethink their customer service so they stay open for business, because behaving that way will get them zero clients wanting and willing to purchase any product from their location. Poor quality of business from a consumers prospective!"
