"Same as most. They are quick to help and friendly. A little annoyed that I came in to rent a $100 tux and ended up paying $250 for a better tux (vera Wang) than the basic but still might have shopped around more if I didn't have that sort of bait and switch."

"The best store for men’s clothing in Chicago area - especially this store at Rice Lake Square, Wheaton. A large selection of high quality apparel in a wide range of price points. They can meet the customer where the purse is not over dressed for what they love to get. The other chain stores and big box units cannot match MW on price, range of offerings or on service. I checked! I had a sports jacket sleeves too long; they had it altered for a nominal fee - in just two hours! You don’t get customer service like that in the 21st Century. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and all eager to help. Not a common trait we find in staff at most other stores these days, excellent though they may be. Do not take my word. Stop by and check it out for yourselves."

"I have had too many issues with alterations and sizing at Men’s Warehouse, Wheaton in particular, that I will no longer be a customer at any location. The times I have went in for a suit, I’ve always been measured wrong. I know what I’m doing, but the workers and tailor don’t listen to your direction. I’m constantly sized wrong (I’m a 42R and have been given jackets that are 46S) when I find a jacket I like. But this trip was the last straw. I went to get a jacket tailored (that was purchased at MW) and it was pulling teeth getting them to listen to what I wanted. I like more of a slim/European style fit, and by no means do I like any item skin tight or too baggy. I understand not everyone enjoys a slimmer fit, and it’s quite obvious the workers here don’t like that style because my input was immediately dismissed. I urged them that I like my suits to fit slim but they continued to measure my jacket the way they wanted to. It took 4 weeks to get 2 jackets back and it is almost like they didn’t bring anything in. For the amount of money I have spent on several items, alterations, and time waited, I’m done. I never write reviews but I had to share my experience. I have took my business to Suit Supply, even further away and it is completely worth it. Their prices are better and their team will actually listen to what you want. I was able to have an entire three piece suit that fit exactly how I wanted it to in 5 days while I was waiting 4 weeks to have an already purchased jacket to be tailored from MW. I am never going to any Men’s Warehouse ever again."

"I recently stopped at this location to get some measurements for a future wedding. I made it clear I wasn’t going to be purchasing the suit but was welcomed with open arms by Anna and Koby. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. Both Anna and Koby took the time to help me try on several pairs of pants to provide me with the most accurate measurements they could. I greatly appreciated their exceptional customer service and dedication. I will recommend this location to anyone and everyone and am inclined to make a trip here to buy future suits. I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you again for the great experience!"
