"I love my neighborhood CVS. My prescriptions are filled quickly, and I get timely text alerts when they're ready and when they need to be refilled. The staff - in the pharmacy and on the floor - are very helpful. It would be hyperbole to say that going to CVS is a joy - you're usually there because you're out of tampons or your kid is running a fever. But the staff are so pleasant and friendly that I usually leave with a smile on my face, even if the reason for my visit was to buy Imodium or roach motels. 2023 Update: Still 5 stars! The pharmacist has been so helpful in helping me locate out-of-stock medication, and never makes me feel like I’m being judged. I’m very grateful to the pharmacy team there."
"Unfortunately due to my provider, Aetna, being owned by CVS, I am forced to use CVS to fill my prescriptions. While the Briarcliff location is only a couple of blocks away from me I avoid going to that location as the pharmacy staff have bad attitudes and are extremely passive aggressive."
"Do not go here. Take your business to the CVS on airport blvd. I watched them pick up and hang up the phone multiple times to end the call with their customers online. They did not work on my RX all day, even an after I let them know it was time sensitive. They just don’t seem to care."
